Accountability has several key dimensions:

3. Transparency requirements: Maintaining open communication about activities, decisions, and contract fulfillment issues.
4. Documentation obligation: Keeping records demonstrating compliance with contractual terms and required performance standards.
5. Measurement against standards: Being evaluated according to clearly defined metrics and performance criteria established in the contract.
